Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays or days when the parcels we use are not open.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by email or phone. (as is the case of pre-sale products)

Shipping within Mexico is free on purchases of $500 mxn or more.

We use redpack, UPS or Fedex parcels, depending on the size and/or volume of the merchandise.

International Shipping Policy

We use Fedex parcels for international shipments.

about taxes

Customs taxes are additional charges that governments place on imported or exported products.
If you buy from a country other than Mexico, you will most likely have to pay tax, the tax varies depending on each country and this payment must be made directly with the parcel or where the parcel indicates. The payment must be covered in its entirety by the person who made the purchase.

Returns

At Bon Life Club we work hard to deliver quality products , however sometimes it is out of our hands, all our shipments include insurance.

So, what to do in case of a return?

First send us an email to info@bonlifeclub.site and explain your situation; We will respond to you within a maximum period of 2 business days.

  1. If your product arrived damaged, send us photos immediately so that we can claim the parcel with the evidence. After this we will schedule the collection of the same and on rare occasions we will ask you to go to the parcel branch and send the product (without you paying anything).
    We will also schedule the shipment of a new product.
    *From the moment you receive the product, you have 15 days to file a claim.
  2. If the product failed. You have up to 3 months of factory defect warranty in which we will ask you for photographs and (depending on the situation) a video of the product. After corroborating that it is a factory defect, we will ask you to send us the product (at no cost to you) and we will send you a new product.
    * This warranty only applies to electrical products.

If you need a return for a situation other than those mentioned above, we will ask for your phone number to schedule a call and be able to provide you with a better service.
